Adventure Builds was established in 2019 as a subsidiary to the UK based company Technical Outdoor Solutions ltd.
Our aim is to provide high quality design and construction of adventure builds, low ropes courses, assault courses and much more throughout the Channel Islands.
Craig is highly experienced in the building of Ropes Courses, with experience spanning over a 15 year period. He has pushed boundaries by creating one of the first Wheelchair Accessible High Ropes courses and continues to create bespoke courses, each being individual, to meet the customers needs. He and his family live on Guernsey and are involved with local projects across the Channel Islands.
He is an International Mountain Leader and ex-Royal Marine and he has many years of experience in the outdoor industry. He previously spent 8 years with Penrith Mountain Rescue Team acting as a Crag master and swift water technician.
Craig is currently on the board of directors of ERCA (European Ropes Course Association).
Relevant qualifications: ERCA Trainer and Assessor for Traditional, Adventure Park, Rescue, Low Ropes & Temp Low Ropes, ERCA Periodical Inspector, PPE inspector, Wire Rope Inspector and Wood Pole Inspector, IRATA level 1, Swift Water Rescue Technician, First Aid Trainer & Assessor, Professional Trainer Certificate – Charted Institute of Environmental Health, NVQ Assessor and IPAF Powered Access Licence.
